Burga employs the psychological horror genre to explore the conflict between individual perception and institutional control. By focusing on Elena's battle for sanity, the film deviates from mainstream clichés to delve into systemic power dynamics. The film's strength lies in its potential to challenge medical authority through a female-led narrative. However, the specific demographic makeup of the supporting cast remains unverified, keeping representation metrics neutral. Ultimately, the film offers a progressive exploration of a neurodivergent woman's subjective experience in a hostile environment.
