Sexy Battle Girls is a genre-driven action film that stands out by challenging traditional gender power dynamics. By focusing on a female protagonist who fights against a corrupt political elite, it moves away from passive female roles toward active empowerment. However, the film remains limited in its representation of diverse identities. The setting is culturally homogeneous, and there is no visible representation of LGBTQ+ characters or individuals with disabilities. Ultimately, the film's impact comes from its critique of systemic corruption and class struggle, rather than a diverse cast of characters.
