New Showbiz Analysis

American Murderer is a traditional biographical crime drama that focuses on the psychological study of a single individual rather than exploring diverse social issues. The narrative structure emphasizes the deconstruction of identity and the unreliability of systemic truth. While the film offers a nuanced look at how truth is constructed within legal and social frameworks, it lacks demographic diversity. The storytelling remains centered on a white, straight-focused social environment. Ultimately, the film serves as a character study of a con man without incorporating diverse voices or identities.
