Official Synopsis

Ten years after the horrific events of Werewolf in a Women's Prison, the penitentiary has a new warden with a thirst for blood. Young American Liz travels to the the third world country of Campuna to gather her sisters remains, who mysteriously passed in jail. However, anyone who dies in Campuna State Prison comes back to life under warden Drago better known as Count Dracula.
