The film operates as a low-budget genre hybrid, prioritizing visceral spectacle and slasher clichés over character depth. It relies heavily on established horror icons to drive a chaotic, high-casualty plot centered on a hospital massacre. Since the narrative focuses on the deconstruction of social order through violence, there is little room for nuanced social commentary. The production adheres to traditional horror clichés that typically overlook the overlapping aspects of identity. Ultimately, the film serves as a piece of genre-driven entertainment where the primary goal is comedic and horrific chaos rather than the exploration of diverse identities or social hierarchies.
