Snitch'd adheres to the conventional structure of early 2000s action-crime cinema. While it uses ethnic identity as a primary narrative driver, it lacks multi-layered complexity. The film's focus on a drug war between specific gangs provides a basis for racial representation. However, this is offset by a predominantly male-centric viewpoint and a lack of diverse character types. Overall, the work follows a standard procedural format. It emphasizes crime clichés over the subversion of traditional social hierarchies or the inclusion of underrepresented identities.
