New Showbiz Analysis

Rolando Ravello’s film excels as a character-driven exploration that prioritizes psychological nuance over rigid social archetypes. By focusing on neurobiological conditions, the film breaks away from typical romantic comedy clichés and empowers the main characters. However, the film lacks significant markers of diverse identities. It operates within a localized cultural context with limited evidence of racial or ethnic diversity. Ultimately, the work stands out in its thoughtful portrayal of disability, avoiding superficiality by making the protagonists' internal struggles central to their journey toward intimacy.

But nothing comes easy to either of them, and, just like in one of Roberto's stories, the happy ending really needs to be sought after. Will they find their own?
