The film is a localized social comedy deeply rooted in its specific historical and geographic context. It lacks modern markers like LGBTQ+ or racial diversity, which keeps the score low in those categories. However, the film gains merit through its satirical critique of traditional social hierarchies. The conflict between the family farm and the city serves as a vehicle to deconstruct rigid social roles and institutional absurdity. Ultimately, the work prioritizes the tension between established authority and individual ability to act, reflecting the unique cinematic language of Stanisław Bareja.
