There is a new evil, and you have no idea what's coming... When college roommates Mark and Tom go out for a night at the bar, the last thing they expected to find was a machete wielding stranger and a horde of the undead. With the help of amateur photographer and video store clerk Raven, the unlikely party fights their way into an epic conflict between the living... and the dead.

AI Analysis

Zombie Apocalypse operates as a conventional genre piece that relies heavily on established horror tropes. The narrative architecture follows a standard survivalist path without attempting to disrupt traditional social hierarchies or introduce intersectional complexity. While the film provides some female agency through the character of Raven, it lacks broader representation across racial, cultural, and LGBTQ+ spectrums. The focus remains on immediate physical stakes rather than progressive thematic engagement. Ultimately, the film functions as a typical low-budget horror entry, prioritizing archetypal character roles over diverse or subversive storytelling.
