The film's narrative strength lies in its thematic deconstruction of religious institutions and the control and influence of its female lead. By centering a survivor's quest for truth, it moves away from typical male-driven horror clichés. However, the film lacks verifiable data regarding diverse identities. There is no evidence of racial, LGBTQ+, or disability representation within the provided context. Ultimately, the film functions as a study of systemic skepticism rather than a showcase of demographic diversity.
