The film presents a narrow demographic scope typical of a character-driven crime thriller. The narrative centers on a male investigator's psychological unraveling, leaving little room for diverse perspectives. Female presence is limited to a single commissioner role and victim characters. Racial and ethnic diversity is absent from the available credits and plot summary. The Hamburg setting provides cultural specificity but does not introduce broader societal diversity. LGBTQ+ representation is entirely missing from the identified cast and plot points. Disability is not a narrative focus, with the protagonist's mental state serving as the primary internal conflict. The overall score reflects the lack of varied representation across all five categories.

And because things have to get even harder, he has to deal with the loss of his girlfriend, to whom he was a stranger shortly before. The end leads to morbid self-knowledge.
