AI Analysis
If I Were King is a product of its era, prioritizing traditional Western historical tropes and conventional social hierarchies. The narrative focuses on a centralized perspective of power and class struggle within a strictly defined European context. The film lacks intentionality regarding intersectional representation. It follows established 1930s studio patterns, emphasizing period-accurate social structures rather than challenging or disrupting them.
