Robot Wars is a traditional science fiction film that prioritizes genre clichés over explicit demographic representation. The narrative centers on a struggle against systemic control, which provides some thematic depth regarding institutional power. While the film explores rebellion and the disruption of established hierarchies, it lacks specific evidence of multi-layered casting or identity-driven storytelling. The focus remains on the conflict between survivors and the Centros faction. Ultimately, the film functions as a standard underdog story. It leans into the tension of fighting a centralized order rather than providing a diverse array of character identities.
