AI Analysis
Eye of the Storm is a psychological thriller driven by long-term trauma and interpersonal conflict. The film centers on two brothers living in isolation after witnessing their parents' murder, using a sudden crisis to trigger psychological instability. While the film offers meaningful engagement with physical disability through the character of the blinded brother, it remains tethered to conventional genre archetypes. The characterization of women leans toward objectification, and the narrative lacks broader intersectional depth. Ultimately, the film explores the darker side of human morality and psychological dysfunction. However, it adheres to traditional thriller structures rather than pursuing a progressive or diverse narrative framework.
