New Showbiz Analysis

The film's main strength lies in its challenge to traditional gender roles. By placing a female protagonist in a male-dominated setting, it defies typical expectations of female passivity and empowers her significantly. However, the narrative lacks depth in exploring multiple aspects of identity. The absence of LGBTQ+ and disability representation restricts the film's scope, keeping it focused on a specific context. Overall, while the film successfully elevates a female protagonist in a male-dominated world, it remains a specialized crime drama rather than a broader social commentary.
