The film stands out by focusing on a non-traditional romantic relationship, providing a nuanced look at same-sex attraction through a quiet, character-driven approach. Its strength lies in emphasizing women's ability to drive the story by removing male protagonists from the emotional storyline, allowing female characters to drive the narrative through their intellect and social interactions. However, the film remains demographically narrow. The homogeneous setting and lack of disability representation result in a neutral score for those specific categories, prioritizing cultural specificity over broad demographic diversity.
