Americans decided to make sure that in the Arkhangelsk region village was found a diamond deposit, and sent there under the command of the submarine black veteran, who accompanied the Allied convoys during the 2nd World War. As a distraction the barrel full of alcohol (200 liters) was thrown to the shore. The barrel was caught by the local blacksmith Philemon. On this occasion villagers arranged festivities and all American submariners were gradually involved into it against their will.

Category Breakdown
LGBTQ+ Representation
The film lacks explicit evidence of LGBTQ+ characters or non-cisnormative identities. The plot focuses on a collision between American military personnel and a Russian village, suggesting a reliance on heteronormative social dynamics.
Gender Representation
The narrative centers on a male-dominated environment featuring a veteran commander and a local blacksmith. This focus on military command and physical labor reinforces conventional masculine archetypes and traditional gender roles.
Racial & Ethnic Diversity
The inclusion of a Black veteran within an American military context provides a cross-cultural dynamic. This presence disrupts a purely homogeneous casting approach within the Russian village setting.
Religious & Cultural Diversity
The story explores the friction between Western interests and local communal traditions. It leans toward a comedic clash of cultures centered on folk celebrations rather than a deep critique of imperialism.

AI Analysis
The film operates as a traditional adventure-comedy that relies on situational humor and genre tropes. While it introduces racial diversity through its veteran character, the narrative structure remains largely conventional. The production focuses on a cross-cultural encounter between American submariners and a Russian village. However, the story lacks significant depth in terms of gender subversion or intersectional agency. Ultimately, the film prioritizes comedic friction over the deconstruction of social hierarchies or the inclusion of marginalized identities.
