AI Analysis

Alejandro Maci’s thriller focuses on the psychological friction between a homeopathic physician and a manipulative woman. The film's strength lies in its subversion of gendered agency, presenting a female character who exerts significant influence over the male protagonist. However, the film operates within a traditional romantic framework. It lacks explicit engagement with LGBTQ+ identities or diverse ethnic casting, focusing instead on a specific regional Argentine context. Ultimately, the work prioritizes interpersonal power dynamics and subjective morality over broader intersectional or systemic identity explorations.
