AI Analysis

Hazing explores the friction between institutionalized rituals and individual agency. By centering the drama on Alex's resistance and Carla's indifference, the film moves away from simple social conformity toward a study of personal ethics. The narrative succeeds in presenting a female lead with psychological autonomy, disrupting common tropes of passivity in high-pressure social settings. The central romantic bond serves as a primary mechanism for the characters to navigate their environment. However, the film's scope is limited by a lack of information regarding racial, ethnic, and disability representation. The focus remains strictly on the interpersonal and systemic conflict within the university setting.
