  • The narrative lacks explicit representation of LGBTQ+ identities or non-cisnormative perspectives.

AI Analysis

Lucky Stiff functions as a genre-driven dark comedy that leans heavily on established tropes. The narrative architecture centers on romantic misfortune and situational horror, following traditional Western storytelling conventions. While director Anthony Perkins often explores psychological depth and social alienation, the film's structural elements appear to align with standard comedic frameworks. The focus remains on a male protagonist's chaotic experiences rather than intersectional disruption. Ultimately, the film lacks documented evidence of diverse representation or the subversion of social hierarchies, resulting in a score that reflects its adherence to conventional archetypes.
