Category Breakdown

LGBTQ+ Representation

Minimal

The film contains no mention of non-cisnormative identities or same-sex dynamics. There is no evidence of critiques regarding heteronormativity within the narrative.

Gender Representation

Fair

A wife is mentioned as a participant in the protagonist's moral dilemmas. However, the film lacks evidence of high-agency female characters or subversions of traditional gender hierarchies.

Racial & Ethnic Diversity

Minimal

As a Polish production, the film appears to focus on a localized, potentially homogeneous social setting. No diverse or non-Anglo-centric cast is indicated.

Religious & Cultural Diversity

Fair

The story critiques state bureaucracy and institutional corruption. While it explores systemic dysfunction, the moral framework seems to lean toward traditional notions of being an honest citizen.

Disability Representation

Minimal

The synopsis provides no information regarding the inclusion of characters with visible or invisible disabilities.

Strengths

  • Provides a critique of systemic corruption and institutional dysfunction within state bureaucracy.

Areas for Improvement

  • Lacks representation of LGBTQ+ identities and non-cisnormative dynamics.
  • Fails to include characters with visible or invisible disabilities.
  • Does not demonstrate racial or ethnic diversity beyond a localized Polish context.
  • Female characters appear limited to conventional domestic roles without significant agency.

AI Analysis

Na układy nie ma rady functions as a conventional political comedy centered on individual ethics. The plot follows Marek Niewiadomski as he navigates corruption and systemic 'deals' within state departments. The narrative lacks intersectional complexity or demographic breadth. It focuses on a localized moral struggle rather than exploring a wide range of social identities or disrupting established hierarchies. While the film offers a critique of institutional integrity, it does not demonstrate a commitment to representing diverse social, racial, or gendered perspectives.
