Chauffeur of the Little Lady is a product of the Yeşilçam era, functioning as a mainstream commercial comedy. It adheres strictly to the social and cinematic norms of 1960s Turkey, focusing on class dynamics and romantic entanglements. The film lacks complexity in addressing multiple aspects of identity or challenging traditional hierarchies. Instead, it uses established clichés, such as the wealthy family versus the working class, to drive its comedic elements. Ultimately, the work reflects the homogeneous social landscape of its time without attempting to subvert systemic structures.
