New Showbiz Analysis

Jesús Franco’s film explores desire through sensory experiences, challenging traditional narrative structures. It disrupts certain social hierarchies, particularly through the protagonist's rejection of marital and class-based stability. However, the film lacks depth in representing diverse identities, focusing instead on transgressive erotic themes rather than social commentary.
