There is something horribly wrong with the bodies found in the dark city streets. Some are mutilated while others have the Price equation (wΔz = Cov (w,z) = βwzVz) carved into their flesh. Detective Eddie Argo and his new partner Helen Westcott unearth the meaning of the odd equation and realise each victim is being offered a gruesome choice: kill your loved ones, or be killed. Before long it becomes clear that the perpetrator has suffered a similar fate and is now coping by seeking a way to solve this philosophical dilemma.

AI Analysis
WΔZ is a gritty psychological thriller that prioritizes atmospheric tension and philosophical inquiry over social representation. Its narrative engine is driven by a mathematical equation and a gruesome moral choice, moving the plot toward nihilistic exploration rather than intersectional advocacy. The film succeeds in deconstructing traditional morality by framing the antagonist's actions through systemic trauma. This focus on situational ethics provides a level of intellectual depth that distinguishes it from standard crime procedurals. However, the work lacks demonstrable breadth regarding marginalized identities. While it subverts certain genre tropes through its female lead and ethical complexity, it offers no meaningful representation of racial, LGBTQ+, or disability-related themes.
