It succeeds in subverting gendered expectations by presenting a protagonist who is destructive rather than idealized. However, the film lacks explicit markers of LGBTQ+ identities or diverse racial backgrounds. The narrative remains focused on a culturally homogeneous setting, resulting in a moderate diversity profile.
