AI Analysis

Obsessed with the Babysitter functions primarily as a genre-driven thriller centered on individual agency. Its strength lies in portraying a female protagonist who must navigate physical vulnerability and psychological manipulation to reclaim her autonomy. However, the film lacks intersectional breadth. The narrative is narrow, focusing on a specific predatory dynamic without incorporating broader demographic diversity or explicit social critiques. While the film subverts certain victim tropes through Elaine's resilience, it remains limited by its focus on a singular, traditional thriller framework.
