Areas for Improvement

AI Analysis

Major Saab is a traditionalist narrative that focuses on the mentor-protege trope within a military setting. The story follows a rigid institutional figure guiding a protagonist toward moral and physical maturation. While the film provides cultural specificity through its South Asian setting, it adheres to conventional storytelling tropes. The narrative architecture emphasizes institutional stability and the reinforcement of established social roles rather than subverting them. Ultimately, the film lacks the progressive elements required to challenge social hierarchies, focusing instead on character reformation through authority and duty.
