The film relies on established Western archetypes, focusing on the heroism of US Marshals Nevada and Sandy. The production offers minimal disruption to the social and cultural hierarchies of its time. It prioritizes conventional law-and-order motifs and masculine-driven action over diverse or subversive character development.
