New Showbiz Analysis

Juan Pablo Donoso’s film is a study in subversion, prioritizing the dismantling of social and psychological structures over conventional storytelling. It challenges traditional hierarchies and institutional stability, enhancing its cultural and gender scores. However, the film remains somewhat vague regarding explicit demographic markers. While it avoids many Western-centric clichés, the lack of clear representation in LGBTQ+ and racial categories prevents a higher overall score. Ultimately, the film's strength lies in its transgressive nature and its exploration of human instability through an avant-garde lens.
