AI Analysis

Waffle Street is a character study focused on class mobility and the disruption of professional identity. It follows a hedge fund executive's fall from grace as he finds mentorship in a diner setting. While the film successfully deconstructs corporate success and explores class-based wisdom, it lacks intersectional complexity. The narrative leans toward a traditional social drama framework rather than an interrogation of identity politics. Ultimately, the film's impact is limited by its narrow focus on a male-centric, class-based dynamic, leaving other dimensions of representation largely unaddressed.
