AI Analysis

DeadTectives operates primarily as a genre-driven horror-comedy that prioritizes tropes over sociological commentary. While the Mexican setting offers a departure from typical Western domestic horror, the film appears to follow conventional narrative structures. The production lacks documented evidence of intersectional character arcs or the subversion of social hierarchies. It leans into the mechanics of paranormal investigation and survivalist comedy rather than progressive storytelling. Ultimately, the film utilizes its location as a narrative catalyst but does not necessarily translate that setting into deep, diverse character development.
