AI Analysis

Bad Sister operates strictly within the established conventions of the psychological thriller genre. While the protagonist Zoe possesses intellectual agency, the film's structure relies on traditional character archetypes rather than social subversion. The narrative lacks intersectional complexity, failing to provide visible representation for diverse racial or LGBTQ+ identities. The setting is used primarily for atmosphere rather than to explore systemic or cultural critiques. Ultimately, the film follows predictable genre tropes of obsession and deception, offering a neutral baseline for diversity without challenging conventional social expectations.
