AI Analysis

Bad Connection functions as a conventional genre-driven thriller that prioritizes suspense and plot momentum over social exploration. The narrative follows established horror tropes, focusing on a protagonist fleeing a killer after discovering a snuff film. The film lacks visible representation across most intersectional categories. While it features a female lead, the story does not provide enough detail to determine if it subverts or reinforces standard gender hierarchies. Ultimately, the work adheres to traditional cinematic structures. It focuses on visceral, character-driven conflict rather than the deconstruction of social or systemic identities.
