AI Analysis
100 Sundays functions as a grounded social drama that prioritizes systemic critique over identity politics. It finds its voice by examining the friction between individual aspirations and the opacity of modern financial institutions. The film's strength lies in its humanistic approach to the 'little man' navigating a landscape of institutional indifference. It moves away from high-concept tropes to focus on the struggles of a former shipyard worker. However, the work remains within a conventional narrative framework. It lacks overt intersectional markers, focusing instead on a localized, traditional social structure that offers little in the way of diverse identity representation.
