AI Analysis
Dinosaur Wars functions as a conventional historical documentary centered on the intense rivalry between O.C. Marsh and Edward Cope. The film adheres to established biographical frameworks, focusing on the scientific achievements and personal feuds of 19th-century paleontologists. Because the subject matter is rooted in a specific era of American science, the narrative naturally reflects the demographic homogeneity of that time. The storytelling prioritizes the competitive drive and legacy of its central male figures over intersectional or diverse perspectives. Ultimately, the film serves an educational purpose through a traditional lens. It does not attempt to subvert social hierarchies or introduce diverse identities, resulting in a narrow social scope.
