It prioritizes the exploration of religious and financial themes over diverse identity representation. While the narrative lacks significant markers for LGBTQ+ or racial diversity, it achieves complexity through its deconstruction of established familial authority. The story highlights how external systemic pressures can erode traditional moral hierarchies.
