Official Synopsis

After the death of their father, Galal, the Abu El Fadl family's peaceful life collapses. The eldest son, Tarek, finds himself responsible for everything, while Hegazy returns from Cairo to discover that dealing with his patients is much easier than dealing with his own family. Matters become further complicated with the appearance of the mysterious man, Samir Italia, who demands a large sum of money from the family.
