All She Ever Wanted is a character-driven domestic drama that centers on the psychological toll of reproductive struggle. While it provides a platform for exploring mental health and female empowerment, the narrative remains largely conventional. The film lacks complexity around intersecting identities and adheres to traditional Western clichés regarding marriage and the nuclear family. It functions more as a personal battle against medical constraints than a challenge to broader social hierarchies. Ultimately, the story's focus on a homogeneous unit and traditional biological imperatives limits its broader cultural and social impact.
