AI Analysis

Zenabel functions as a character-driven adventure that centers on female agency. The protagonist moves from a humble background to a position of power, subverting some traditional gender hierarchies through her leadership. However, the film remains tethered to conventional tropes. The narrative relies on a standard hero's journey and a Eurocentric historical setting that lacks intersectional depth or systemic critique. Ultimately, while the female lead is empowered, the lack of diverse racial, cultural, or LGBTQ+ perspectives keeps the film within a narrow, traditional framework.
