Mr. Destiny is a product of its time, focusing on the struggles of a white male protagonist. The narrative explores existential regret through a postmodern lens, but it does not challenge established social hierarchies. The film adheres closely to traditional social norms, offering minimal engagement with diverse cultural frameworks. While it uses a postmodern narrative structure to examine personal ability to act, it lacks the progressive elements needed for higher diversity scores.
