New Showbiz Analysis

Kurukshetra functions as a traditional morality play, using well-established archetypes of the honest officer versus the criminal underworld. The narrative structure prioritizes a centralized, heroic masculine perspective that reinforces conventional social hierarchies. The film relies on a clear moral dichotomy to drive its conflict. This approach favors institutional authority and traditional social structures over progressive or subversive storytelling. While the film reflects its regional Indian context, it lacks depth in characters who reflect more than one aspect of diversity. It focuses on the tension between individual morality and systemic corruption through a patriarchal lens.
