Agency is concentrated in a male-dominated survivalist dynamic. While female cast members are present, they do not appear to drive the plot or subvert traditional gender hierarchies.

Racial & Ethnic Diversity

Fair

AI Analysis

Plaga zombie: zona mutante: revolución tóxica operates as a genre-driven cult piece rooted in independent Argentine cinema. It avoids the standardized, conservative tropes of major Hollywood productions by virtue of its low-budget, non-studio origins. However, the film relies heavily on traditional genre archetypes. The narrative structure centers on a male-dominated survivalist plot, which limits the agency of female characters and lacks visible LGBTQ+ representation. While the film offers a slight departure from Western mainstream homogeneity through its regional production, it lacks a deliberate architecture of intersectional representation or specific focus on diverse identities.
