It adheres to well-established genre conventions, using a straightforward hero-versus-villain structure to propel the plot. The film does not challenge traditional social hierarchies or consider multi-layered identities. Instead, it relies on a clear moral framework and individual heroism common to the time period. Overall, the production functions as a traditional genre piece, focusing on technological threats and physical combat rather than nuanced character development.
