New Showbiz Analysis

Return of Punch and Judy operates primarily within traditional horror conventions, focusing on psychological terror and the dissolution of the nuclear family. The narrative centers on individual trauma and supernatural possession rather than systemic or identity-based issues. The film lacks measurable markers of characters who reflect more than one aspect of diversity. There is no verifiable data regarding cast demographics or specific character arcs that address social identity or progressive subversion. Ultimately, the film prioritizes the disruption of domestic stability through a supernatural lens, leaving significant gaps in cultural and identity-based representation.
