AI Analysis
Son of Wealth is a character study of class mobility and the sudden loss of systemic advantage. The plot follows a spoiled man forced to navigate legal and financial precarity after his father flees the country. The film succeeds in providing a non-Western cinematic perspective, centering on Middle Eastern socio-economic dynamics rather than Hollywood-centric tropes. This offers a necessary departure from mainstream Western narratives. However, the film lacks intersectional depth. The narrative is heavily male-centric and provides no representation for LGBTQ+ identities or characters with disabilities.
