New Showbiz Analysis

Good Manners is a character-driven exploration of domestic dynamics that highlights the role of female caregivers. By positioning nannies as central to reconciliation, the film challenges the stereotype of the invisible servant. The narrative uses the domestic sphere to show how labor and unconventional social bonds shape the plot. While the film avoids high-concept identity politics, it offers a nuanced, fractured view of domestic life. However, it lacks representation of LGBTQ+ identities and disability. Without specific casting details, the racial and ethnic diversity remains undefined.
