The film moderately challenges social norms by dismantling conventional morality. It emphasizes situational ethics and secularism over traditional Western ideals of romance and sanctity. While it disrupts gender-based power structures, it falls short in exploring other identity-related issues. Ultimately, the film focuses on transactional human relationships rather than a diverse range of identities.
