AI Analysis

Les yeux dans les Bleus serves primarily as a historical document of the 1998 World Cup. It captures a specific moment of French national identity through an observational, journalistic lens. While the film lacks progressive intent regarding gender or LGBTQ+ representation, it succeeds in documenting the multicultural reality of the French national team. The presence of players from diverse ethnic backgrounds offers a significant visual record of a changing nation.
