Patrick is a focused character study that shines in its depiction of physical disability. By highlighting a protagonist with Congenital Insensitivity to Pain, the film provides a unique physiological perspective and a significant role in driving the story. However, the film's scope is limited by its reliance on traditional demographic profiles, which lack multi-layered diversity and unconventional narratives.
