New Showbiz Analysis

Furtive follows a typical thriller structure that emphasizes individual ability to act and genre clichés. The narrative is driven by the 'hunter instinct' of a single male protagonist, Pablo Silva, as he investigates criminal networks in Pereyra Iraola Park. The film relies on traditional masculine archetypes and justice-oriented frameworks. Although the Latin American setting offers a non-Anglo-Saxon backdrop, the story lacks broader diversity or the subversion of established social hierarchies.
